Stella H. Kim is an official Forbes HR Council member, NJBIZ Best 50 Women in Business, and COLOR POWER 40 Under 40. She embodies modern leadership with the highest dedication to driving organic globalization through key talent and learning investments. As an Asian American, she is passionate about bridging cultures and generations through appreciation, awareness, and acclimation. She believes in the power of community-building for greater innovation, sustainable development, and social impact. She is currently the Chief Marketing Officer and Head of Americas (SVP) at HRCap, Inc., the largest Asian Global Executive Search and Total HR Solutions Provider in the world. She oversees the Executive Search, Professional Search, Interim Solutions, and Digital Transformation Teams -- focusing on Client Experience, Biz Dev, Global Branding, and Employee Engagement & Development. Stella founded the Executive Search Practice, specializing in retained Executive Placements & Confidential Hires for SMB & Fortune 500 clients. It is recognized as a “Top 10 Executive Search Firm in North America,” “Top 10 Executive Search Firm in Asia Pacific,” and “Top 5 Executive Search in South Korea” by Manage HR Magazine. She has helped transform and modernize HRCap through 15+ data-driven strategies, process optimization, and employee engagement projects. Under her leadership, HRCap was named “2021 Best Place to Work” and “2023 Empowering Women Organization” by NJBIZ Magazine.

Prior to HRCap, Stella specialized in Global Workforce Management & Talent Analytics at the Professional Development Center of Excellence at IBM Corporate Headquarters, providing data-driven HR & Talent strategies that enabled greater business growth and enhanced employee engagement. Before that, Stella was a Senior Strategy & Analytics Consultant at IBM Global Business Services, focused on global tech implementation and HR & organizational change strategy projects for both IBM internal executive stakeholders and external clients. She is an expert in identifying capability gaps and unlocking opportunities to empower greater potential in individuals, organizations, and communities. She increases value through the unique intersection of talent, technology, and transformation. She leads with a data-driven macro-approach to the labor economy while building empathy with a social-organizational micro-view to drive leadership development and aid HR decision-making.

Stella serves in board advisory leadership roles and has been appointed to speak at academic institutions, government, and professional associations to share thought leadership on the labor market and recruiting trends. She contributes to Forbes HR Council Expert Panels and Manage HR Magazine on Executive Recruiting, Succession Planning, HR Strategy, Leadership Development, and DEI content. She has been appointed as an Expert Columnist for the Korea Daily to cover job market, recruitment guides, and multigenerational/cultural trends in the workplace.  She is a certified SPHR® and holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Princeton University and a Master’s in Social-Organizational Psychology from Columbia University (Summa Cum Laude). She completed Executive Programs in Social Impact Strategy at the University of Pennsylvania and HR Management at Villanova University.
