With over 25 years in the Airline GSA industry as the CEO, representing world-class carriers like Singapore Airlines, Swiss International, Delta, SilkAir, and Sabena. Shruthi built a legacy of operational excellence and strategic foresight. As CEO and Director across aviation subsidiaries including Aviation Holidays, Infotech, and Air Cargo Services, she led complex businesses with innovation and integrity.

Today, as the Founder & Managing Partner of The Jana Group (UAE), Shruthi is at the forefront of green transformation: Jana Consultants – Specializing in consulting on renewable energy (PV), solar EPC, and ultrasonic level sensor technologies, Sensaras Ultrasonics, USA.  JUS General Trading LLC – Driving the circular economy through recycling, eco-conscious fashion, and responsible metal trade.  Strategic Advisorat Tawazoun Ecosystem of Balance, AAQ Technical Services and the Global FinExpo. Her journey reflects a deep commitment to aligning business with impact. Through her creative and logistics ventures, Co-Founder Jana Event Management, Director Truth Eventz, BD OutStrip Studios, and Chevron Logistics, Shruthi elevates sustainability through storytelling, experiential events, and ethical supply chain practices. She also serves as a Member of the Board of Governors at a prestigious IGCSE school in Dubai, where she contributes to educational leadership and supports the integration of sustainability in learning environments.
