Thanks.com is an updated version of an existing employee recognition solution, Myperks.

Nominate: The feature allows managers to socially recognize the achievements of their team members and reward them for their hard work.

Company Store: The Company Store feature allows leaders to build an emotional connection between their employees and the workplace. Along with a plethora of experiences, one can include products from their brand merchandise in the store.

Collaborative Features: Thanks enables managers to promote a collaborative work environment by involving employees in activities like conducting Polls, Surveys, Quizzes, and much more.

Memories: Memories go beyond cakes and flowers to make celebrations meaningful by sharing pictures, videos, and stories of your moments with your colleague. The feature provides a digital keepsake to save forever.

Reception of the Thanks product around the world is promising. In a very short period, Thanks has gained about 4% of the total addressable market in the 251-2,500 employee segment in India. The current estimated customer spend with competitors in India is USD 65 million, and Thanks revenue has reached about USD 9 million. The current competitive market share is approximately 14%.

O.C. Tanner has recently launched the Thanks product in the U.S., Asia, and APAC regions. A well-known airline in Southeast Asia and a huge energy company in UAE recently and successfully launched the Thanks platform.

CSAT and Net promoter surveys responses are growing. The current CSAT score is 90, NPS is 90.
