Fullscript is a free supplement dispensing platform and patient adherence tool that supports practitioners at the point of care and beyond. Practitioners may choose virtual dispensing, in-office sales, group care, or whatever mix fits their workflow. They can also recommend industry-leading supplements and then use patient adherence features to automate refills, educate, and promote wellness from anywhere.

Our mission is to help people get better, and this mission has taken on even greater importance during the COVID-19 pandemic. Our platform supports over 80,000 healthcare practitioners and over 600,000 patients across North America in making wellness an indispensable part of their lives.

Fullscript has seen rapid growth in the past, as is evidenced by our #2 ranking on the 2020 Canadian Business Growth List, with 5-year growth of over 32,000%. This growth has been achieved in large part thanks to the innovative culture within the company. Innovation doesn’t reside in one department; every employee is charged with creating new ways to support our mission to help people get better.

Fullscript’s rapid growth means that the company has to continually evolve its employee relations. Since the start of 2020, the company has placed a strong focus on employee wellness in order to ensure that our employees are thriving and growing alongside the company.

Our Wellness program includes sessions on burnout and effective meetings/time management, a work from home stipend to set up your home office, and regular pulse checks on employee wellness.

Another major component of our Wellness program is “Wellness Wednesdays,” a dedicated day mid-week to allow you time in your calendar to recharge, focus, have working time, collaborate, connect, and have the time to participate in our company wellness activities if you wish to do so. Off-screen activities are often planned to give staff an opportunity to a change of scenery. This can include guided meditation, yoga, or a company step challenge.

Additionally, we introduced Half-Day Fridays from April 30-September 30 to allow our team members time to unwind and enjoy the summer months. Employees are encouraged to sign off after lunch on Fridays and spend time doing anything that helps them feel well. This program is fully funded by Fullscript and requires no use of PTO by employees.

Meanwhile, our “Wherever you Work Well” program means that post-pandemic, employees will be able to choose whether to take a remote, in-office, or hybrid approach to working.

Fullscript has also introduced a variety of improvements to our benefits package, including improved health, parental, and retirement benefits.

Our achievements are unique because we put employee wellness at the heart of everything we do. It’s not just about “perks.” Every program we’ve put in place for our employees is focused on improving their well-being.

Through the pandemic, it became clear that everyone has a unique situation or life circumstances. Our employee programs ensure that staff have the flexibility to take care of themselves and their families while pursuing a successful career. We combine our wellness programs with flexible work hours, flexible time off, and flexible benefits offerings, so that employees can tailor their journey at Fullscript to what suits their needs best. This combination of wellness programs and flexibility is unique in our industry.

You don’t just have to take our word for it; our Glassdoor rating is 4.9 stars and trending upwards! To provide context, an industry-standard rating is 3.9, and our rating of 4.9 is essentially unheard of. Meanwhile, Fullscript has taken home past awards and recognition in the HR space, including being named the silver winners of the 2020 Canadian HR Awards in the category of Best Workplace Culture. We have also been named finalists for the 2021 Canadian HR Awards in the categories of Best Workplace Culture and Canadian HR Team of the Year. We’ll get the results of those awards in mid-September. Employee satisfaction continues to rise as well, with our Culture Score improving from 77% in 2020 to 81% in 2021 - in the middle of a pandemic!
