Enerjisa has designed the ENter New Generation Development and Talent Acquisition Program to give equal opportunity to inexperienced young potential engineer candidates, particularly for the electricity distribution sector that is growing and constantly developing in the country.

ENter is a development and talent acquisition program for senior or graduate students who want to work in the electricity distribution industry.

With the ENter, electrical and electronics engineering 4th year and graduate students with potential have the chance to experience the energy sector and Enerjisa Enerji distribution processes, with the title of "Candidate Engineer", within the framework of Enerjisa values and culture.

Participants in the program have the opportunity to experience 3 different career paths in the distribution sector in a period of 9 months:

- Customer Path
- Network Path and
- Investments Path

They get to know and experience different fields by taking part in quarterly rotations in the development paths formed.

Young engineer candidates, who receive on-the-job training throughout the entire development process, also find the opportunity to develop in the basic business competencies by participating trainings in many areas such as professional behavior, basic competencies, and communication skills.

"Talent Coaches" consisting of experienced engineers were selected and trained to provide mentoring support to all ENter participants. These talent coaches provide continuous mentoring support, observe the participants on the job and follow their individual development. Thus, young engineer candidates are not left alone during the 9-month development process, and their development process is individualized by their coaches' feedback.

During the development process, with the support of their mentors, the candidate engineers of ENter, who do internships in the departments 2 days a week, experience the basic business processes of distribution and gain knowledge about all functions.

The ENTER program is designed in 3 phases:

Phase 1: Candidate Engineer Selection Process
Phase 2: Development and Experience Process
Phase 3: Talent Acquisition Process

The ENter program stands out with its following aspects, leading similar programs in the energy sector:

- ENter is not only a university internship program or a young talent acquisition program, but also an important development program in order to train a qualified workforce for the sector.
- The ENter program supports young talents so that inexperienced young engineer candidates with high potential gain experience and thus advance in their careers faster
- With a 9-month on-the-job learning and experience process, candidates have the opportunity to get to know and experience not just one area, but all areas and different units of the distribution sector.
- The development, competencies and skills of each ENter participant are closely followed by talent coaches. Apart from the generally designed program with special suggestions and mentorship of talent coaches, each participant is also subjected to a special development program.
- The ENTER development program offers not only technical training and on-the-job applications, but also development solutions in very comprehensive areas such as personal development, professional development, soft skill training and computer programs used in business life.
The ENter program was not stopped in 2020 due to the pandemic, and continued to offer young engineer candidates the opportunity to experience it in a completely online setting.

The ENter program led to positive results in a short time in the targets set at the beginning; It has been observed that the engineers who are hired with this program are ahead of those who are employed outside the program in terms of performance and commitment. The program also provided a cost advantage to the institution by contributing to recruitment and retention of talent.
