“Yapı Merkezi started its journey 55 years ago with the motto “always look for better”, during the Covid- 19 pandemic it has evolved like the metamorphosis of a butterfly and has continued its journey as an international construction brand.
Let’s explore Yapı Merkezi’s evolutional cycle during Covid-19 pandemic, like a butterfly, to emerge from its cocoon, Yapı Merkezi must go through all four phases of its evolution. (see attach.1)
Each phase has different goals.
Our evolution phases inspired by butterflies are:

-Establishment of company science and crisis board and daily reports,
-Well- being webinar series,
-Digital Recruitment’s Tool Design, “GriCeviz”,
-Online Internship Program “Digital Baret”,
-Digital career days
-Renovation of 3 hospitals’ intensive care units in Tanzania,
-250 quarantine rooms at site,
-Air ambulance services from Tanzania to Turkey,
Charter flights for over 2.000 people from Tanzania, Ethiopia, Philippines and S. Arabia to Turkey despite the international flight ban.
-Preparation of prevention of Covid- 19 videos, brochures and posters in project’s national languages,
-Mask, money and food donations in Turkey, Ethiopia and Tanzania,
-Motivational online concerts,
-Remote working online photography contest,
-Intranet design for quick information,
-Online feast celebration with 500 employees.
