Jen Garrison is Tinuiti’s Chief People Officer (CPO) and her talents lie in empowering culture and scaling organizations. As a result, Garrison moved up the ranks from HR Business Partner, Director, VP, SVP to CPO.

In five years, she grew a small agency of less than 100 employees to the largest independent performance marketing agency across the triopoly of Amazon, Facebook and Google. Additionally, Garrison expanded Tinuiti’s Human Resources department to 15 employees that cover Employee Experience, People Operations and Talent Acquisition.

Anyone that knows Garrison understands that she personally cares about Tinuiti’s culture. She created Tinuiti’s signature culture model that starts at the bottom while the top supports to ensure that culture aligns and thrives throughout the company.

Garrison successfully ignited Tinuiti’s people-centric philosophy, resulting in the agency continuously being recognized their award-winning work and culture through AdAge, Glassdoor, Digiday and Inc. Magazine.

When COVID-19 began infiltrating the US, Garrison remained transparent and kept Tinuitians in-the-loop on the latest CDC guidelines, office closings and educational posts. To keep employee morale high, her team produced a variety of content that included Wellness Wednesdays, Employee Spotlight Series and the launch of Tinuiti’s culture-focused Instagram account. She’s also implemented two mandatory mental health days per month for decompression.

In general, most C-level executives—at Tinuiti and in private equity-backed companies—have prior C-level experience. Based on Garrison’s success with promoting Tinuiti’s people-centric work culture, the board unanimously voted for her promotion.

Under Garrison’s leadership, employee retention is in the high 80th percentile with a very low churn—even with explosive growth. These numbers are twice than that of our competitors.
