Following EY, he joined Hydrow, a fast- growing startup that brings Live Outdoor Reality (LOR) technology to indoor rowing machines. Here, he oversees all HR and Business Operations, from providing guidance across people operations, employee engagement, and talent solutions. He has excelled at creating, implementing and supporting HR strategies that positively impact operations, improve business outcomes and align to core values. He continues to exceed and maintain a track record of continued process improvements and policy harmonization with the objective of delivering productivity to the business and creating a lean and efficient HR organization.

Designing Hydrow’s talent acquisition strategies allowed him to complement the overall business direction needed to maximize productivity, create a talent pipeline, fuel internal promotions and ensure continued market success.
