Aarki is a 100% real- time bidding (RTB) demand- side platform (DSP).
We started out as a mobile- first, rich media platform, working with game developers and publishers who wanted to create highly interactive MRAID ads. We soon discovered that investing in testing and optimizing of creative ads was the key to improved campaign performance. However, creative optimization was disconnected from the campaign media and audience optimization process.
We saw an opportunity to combine programmatic media buying and performance- oriented creative services, and five years ago we launched our own DSP. Ever since, we have been working with top mobile app developers to provide unified media and creative optimization to deliver superior app marketing performance.
We help companies grow and re- engage their mobile users, using machine learning (AI), big data, and engaging creative. We strive to deliver performance at scale across various marketing objectives to meet the target return on investment (ROI). We have integrations with all the major global exchanges for RTB, which enable us to access almost all global inventory from our five data centers. To drive performance, we activate our data assets through proprietary machine learning algorithms and engage users in real- time with personalized creative.
Workplace happiness is directly tied to employee appreciation, praise, and recognition. When employees are valued, their engagement and productivity rise, boosting motivation. Armed with this belief, in 2019 we launched a new Insights Series featuring Aarki employees who have excelled in their work during the month. This initiative acknowledges our employee contributions and gives us all the opportunity to learn more about their career and personal goals.
Aarki is a family of talented, friendly, and dedicated people. We operate globally from numerous offices across many countries. We respect diversity and leave no room for discrimination in any form, including discrimination based on race, gender, and nationality. Our internal processes ensure fair hiring practices and all employees have the opportunity to express their skills and abilities. Fifty percent of management positions at Aarki belong to women and we believe that diversity brings the advantages of increased creativity and enhanced problem- solving capability.
Since 2019, we have expanded our locations in Beijing, Jakarta, Seoul, Singapore, Bangalore, Vietnam, Munich, and Ho Chi Minh City. Our multi- cultural team ensures that time zone and physical locations will not stand in the way of achieving an enhanced user experience with data- driven, customized messaging.
Aarki organizes an annual corporate event where we all gather to strategize, debate, and forge close team relationships, all while enjoying cultural outings and creating amazing memories. This strengthens our team bonds and breaks down any communication barriers.
At Aarki, we believe that having a multicultural team brings diversity of thought that breeds creativity and drives innovation, leading to better problem solving. Multiple voices, perspectives, and personalities give rise to out- of- the- box thinking. Moreover, when employees’ effort and contribution are valued, their productivity increases.
Employee appreciation is another key component that boosts individual engagement and impacts company revenue and growth.
In addition to this, we don't underestimate the importance of face- to- face interaction between employees working in international offices. Corporate events that we organize on an annual basis, foster a feeling of cohesiveness and improve workplace efficiency. Aarki’s phenomenal success serves as good evidence of this. We have increased revenue by more than two thousand percent and ranked 58th Fastest Growing Company in North America and number 11th in the Bay Area in Deloitte’s 2019 Technology Fast 500™, surpassing our other competitors.
Mobile advertising is one of the fastest- growing industries. The US digital advertising industry is dominated by the duopoly of tech giants, Google and Facebook, who deliver 59.3% of all US digital ad revenue. Fortunately, Aarki matches this pace and delivers innovative solutions to help app developers run outstanding advertising campaigns and lessens the outsized influence of the tech giants.
In 2019, Aarki was recognized by The American Business Awards, Red Herring 100, Internet Advertising Competition, Deloitte's Technology Fast 500, The Drum Advertising Awards US, Horizon Interactive Awards, Effective Mobile Marketing Awards, The Wires by Exchange Wire, and The Artificial Intelligence Excellence Awards.
Aarki celebrates diversity as the key to our success. To support this standpoint, we launched our "Women in Mobile" series which spotlights the inspirational women in adtech who are impactful, innovative leaders.
As a leading tech company, Aarki actively participates in industry events and conferences. We encourage our female leaders to deliver keynote speeches at global events, to represent our company and to share our voices with other women in the industry.
To recognize the diligence and dedication of our female employees, Aarki encourages our team members to enter industry awards. Winning is a great motivation to continue the pursuit of excellence. Evidence of our success is our VP of product, Nicol Cseko, with her win in the 16th Annual International Business Awards. Also, our entry for Global Mobile Awards in the “Women for Tech” category, where our female employees and clients shared their feedback on what it’s like to work at Aarki and to be an Aarki partner. Another achievement is our win in the Marketing Department of the Year category at Best in Biz Awards.
Protecting the health of our employees will always remain the top priority for Aarki. From the first wave of the pandemic, Aarki adopted a work- from- home policy for both headquarters and international offices. All our employees have been given the necessary equipment to create comfortable working conditions at home and they enjoy strong management support.
Despite the physical limitations of self- isolating, our team members organize virtual happy hours and share moments of connection and fun. These team gatherings boost company morale and foster a sense of togetherness and understanding. This kind of interaction strengthens both working relationships and personal bonds. We are all in this together.
