Track, Report, and Assign
With Thinkzoom, not only can you track which videos your employees are watching, but you can observe how well they comprehend the material with our built-in, interactive exams. Our LMS has a comprehensive reporting feature that allows you to create custom reports based on users, groups, courses, and topics. This, along with our course builder, classroom management, and more, make Thinkzoom not only a user-friendly platform for employees, but for admins as well.
Build Your Own Courses
After a major re-launch in fall of 2018, our course builder tool now makes it easier than ever to create your own online course. The feature guides you through our five-step wizard that lets you create a course with your own materials, or build on a pre-existing course in our Thinkzoom library. We also introduced a classroom training management tool into our LMS that allows admins to assign and track classroom session attendance.
Customize Your Experience
To make the learner’s experience easier, our update included the ability to create a customizable dashboard. This lets users put the content that is the most meaningful to them upfront, allowing them to re-order, resize, and “click and drag” widgets. Our improved course catalog search feature makes it easier for users to find the courses they need by searching relevant keywords in our catalog.
Social Learning Technology and Reinforcement
With Thinkzoom, users feel part of an online training community thanks to The Quad, a social learning technology feature where learners create their own network of peers. This allows users to see what courses others are watching. The Quad creates a fun, competitive learning environment that boosts engagement among learners and increases the value of your training program. Learners can initiate friendly competition with lifetime leaderboards, knowledge sharing, and training reinforcement quizzes. When the learner views a colleague’s profile, the lifetime points meter at the top of the page may spark additional course viewing to match pace!
4tify Your Learning™, available exclusively on Thinkzoom, provides learners with the tools they need to transfer knowledge from short-term to long-term memory. With a series of prompted exam questions and a video recap, 4tify keeps training top-of-mind long after a training session is over, with reminder quizzes 2 days, 2 weeks, 2 months, and 4 months after the initial training event. With 4tify, when the learners need the skills they’ve learned on the job, the information will be easy to recall and apply.
Tracks is a feature that aligns training to the desired competencies of learners in your organization. This feature offers predefined and mapped out courses based on the Lominger competencies, a well-known industry training standard. This self-directed feature allows learners to continue their own professional development outside of their required learning.
