Committed to a Strong Beginning
We believe in starting Orion careers off strong. In 2019, we launched a two-week
onboarding process called “Oriont at ion.” This program makes new hires feel
welcome and instills them with our values. After Orientation, team members
participate in additional training that focuses on topics like active listening,
conflict resolution, and building “we” relationships.

After onboarding, Orion team members participate in Quarterly Coaching sessions.
It ’s a strong alternative to annual performance reviews, which scrutinize the past
instead of finding opportunities for growth. Quarterly Coaching fosters
conversation on wins, goals, and ways to grow their career. This creates an avenue
for ongoing feedback and career development .
Engaging for Success
Because of our commitment to employee motivation, we have a full-time
Engagement team dedicated to ensuring people are excited to come to work. The
team leads various initiatives, including Orion’s Young Professionals, t he Monthly
Leadership Webcast , Orion Strengths Finder, and more. The Engagement team is

Support Beyond of the Office
Our commitment to our employees extends far beyond our office walls. We’re big
believers in policies t hat promote work-life balance. For example, in 2019 we
launched a new parent al leave benefit . Female team members can now take up to
nine weeks of parental leave, paid at 100%. Male team members can take four
weeks of paid leave to bond with the new addition to his family.
Orion employees have an opportunity to grow professionally and personally
through our recently expanded education reimbursement program. This benefit is
available to help our team members improve t he knowledge required for t heir job
or for advancement in t he company.
Most recently, with our acquisition of Advizr, Inc., in 2019 – we will be giving all of
our employees access to a powerful financial planning tool to assist them in
managing their personal financial lives.
Our Commitment to Wellness
As part of our dedication to employee wellness, we recently expanded our
company exercise facilities, “ORION fit .” Our employees are also eligible to receive
incentives through the online wellness plat form, Vitality. We hold annual on-site
biometric screenings, allowing Vitality t o provide recommendations t o help
employees achieve a healthy lifestyle. We support various volunteering
opportunities – including the opportunity to serve as a mentor for the TeamMates
mentoring program. Our support for TeamMates culminates every summer during
our TeamUp for TeamMates 5K, which is open to our community.
