Adapting digital transformation to Turkcell's Human Resources processes has always been one of our priorities. As the Human Resources Department, we aim to digitalize all of our processes with creative, dynamic, technology-based applications in order to continue to be the pioneer of the telecommunication industry. In this context, instead of working with outdated technologies, we have implemented a new Human Resources infrastructure, named HRlife. We have renewed and enriched our HR perspective with new project practices by analyzing all of workload which has been taken by manually before.

With this new project that we have added to the HRlife platform, our goal is to have a dashboard application where our employees are able to see their total compensation packages from a single screen in detail.

Total Compensation Dashboard which is a first in Turkey has begun with voice of employees. At the first stage of the project, we have created focus groups which are interested in this topic and where our workshops at every seniority level have shared their views. We have had knowledge about the needs, demands and expectations of our employees; creative ideas and suggestions.

By analyzing all recommendations during the second phase of the project, we have planned improvements to meet the needs of our employees, bringing together the payroll details and the parameters used in the calculations. As Human Resources Department, we have carried out an efficient, creative team work with our team of CIT- Enterprise Solutions Management, Human Resources Solutions Team and our Payroll Team.

In the third phase of the project, a group of volunteer employees have tested the dashboard and provided feedback. In the light of the feedbacks we have made the necessary calibrations and finalized the Total Compensation Package.

We have conducted a post-launch satisfaction survey to measure the effectiveness of the practice and employee satisfaction. As a result of the survey, our employees' satisfaction score was 4.1. After the implementation, we have had a 57% reduction in the number of questions and requests for employees' payroll.

Before the implementation, our employees could follow the salary, side benefits and the payroll deductions only on a monthly basis. The achievements of our employees with this study are:
