Recruitment agencies were invited to experience our projects as NWD believed recruiters could help the potential candidates to visualize how an “NWD Artisan” is, only if they have a first-hand understanding about our business and culture. During the visit, they were explained the concepts and stories behind each projects. This helped them to understand the talents we look for and thus source for suitable candidates.
