In the beginning of 2016, WorkStride launched its recognition platform. Previously known as CorporateRewards, the company rebranded and solidified their product as a SaaS solution in order to maximize recognition and bring engaging, configurable software to the forefront of the program. Since the launch of WorkStride, the company has re-assessed the idea behind the solution, starting with the question, “why does recognition work?” With this in mind, WorkStride was able to pinpoint the concepts behind recognition and employee engagement and channel those reasons when building a solid software platform.

Since their launch in 2016, WorkStride has brought almost 50 enterprise companies onto the recognition software solution. Today, WorkStride provides recognition and engagement services to over 1.5 million end users across the globe in multiple industries.
