Grace also has extensive experience within the Health Care sector in a variety of roles and across multiple organizations where she has had a broad range of experience in senior corporate and management positions. These include Customer Advocacy Manager, Project Coordinator & Analyst, and Systems & Education Manager.

Grace is passionate and committed to empowering individuals to thrive. A decade of experience with Caring for You, and observing her mother Louise Thomson’s journey as Founder, have formed Grace's strong leadership skills, IT expertise, and diverse qualifications in healthcare, which make her a perfect fit for her role as Joint CEO.

Bharat is a regular speaker in the domain of Finance, climate change, power of people, etc. He has been with Sterlite Industries India (Vedanta group of companies), Castrol India (British Petroleum group of companies), and Puma Energy (Trafigura group of companies) before joining Diversey group. As an individual, Bharat is a purpose-driven young leader who believes in sustainable growth and a marathon runner who believes in consistent performance.
