Andrew Saidy is a Human Resources and Digital Transformation executive with more than 15 years of experience with publicly traded multinationals and International Organizations. 

Andrew has a proven track record in leading HR organizations and transformations and has held various roles in Talent Acquisition & Management, Executive Coaching, HR Business Partnering, and Learning & Development. He is currently the Global Head of Talent & Learning at Seagate Technology, a world leader in Data Solutions and Storage. Before his role at Seagate, Andrew led Schneider Electric’s ambitious Talent Digitization agenda, bringing digitization, AI, and Machine Learning to Schneider’s HR ecosystem covering the company’s 140,000 employees.  

Andrew has received various recognitions and accolades in 2020, including being nominated as one of the Top 100 HR Tech Influencers by HR Tech Magazine and winning two Stevie Awards for HR Executive and HR Tech Professional of the Year 2020. In addition to his corporate role, Andrew serves on the advisory board of various HR tech startups and global HR conferences/events.
