Dr. Heena Bulchandani is an international award-winning Human Resource Management Professional and an experienced and results-oriented international HR Practitioner, trainer, educator and assessor with proven leadership skills and business acumen.  She has extensive knowledge of Strategic Human Resource Management functions and a diverse educational background. She is a confident and results-oriented international HR Practitioner, trainer, educator and assessor with proven leadership skills and business acumen. She is highly experienced with extensive knowledge in Strategic Human Resource Management functions, and a diverse educational background, and is blessed with a natural ability to learn and innovate.  With over 20 years of professional experience of working in both Government and Private sector, she fully understands the values and tenets of HR that drive organizations.

Dr. Heena has published a book on Organizational Effectiveness and Job Satisfaction.  In addition, she has published more than 15 articles in various HR and Management newsletters, journals, and newspapers and participated as a speaker in more than 10 international conferences, and on GO LIVE radio as an expert HR speaker.  A certified Lecturer from University Grant Commissions of India, Dr. Heena is a passionate educator and has taught more than 8,500 students in UK, Australian, European and Indian Universities and Business Schools in the last 20 years. She has also been a research guide for Masters’ students and conducted more than 100 training programs. She has been an Assessor (Team Leader) in various prestigious awards such as Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Business Award, MRM Business Innovation Award, MRM Customer Excellence Award, various Stevie Awards, Dubai Human Development Award, UAE Innovation Award, Dubai Quality Award and Emirates Women Award. 

Dr. Heena received her PhD from the Faculty of Social Work, Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, Vadodara, India, in 2006. She had earlier graduated in Human Resources Development and in Economics at the same University.  She is a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP), Ascentis, UK, 2010; a Certified EFQM Assessor (2013); and she is both HRMP (Human Resource Management Professional) and SHRM (Society of Human Resource Management) certified (2014).
