Buket Çelebiöven, Chief Human Resources Officer

Buket Çelebiöven has over 20 years of experience as a Human Resources professional. As Chief Human Resources Officer at Arçelik, she manages local and international HR teams and is responsible for HR Management in 35 countries globally. She is actively involved in setting strategic priorities and business plans for transforming Arçelik into a Global Leader and leading organizational development and transformation initiatives within the company.

She has led HR Transformation within Arçelik Group, initiated and managed the redesign of global Arçelik HR policies and processes, standardization of HR practices across different countries, and launched global talent management and development programs.

Buket Çelebiöven graduated from Istanbul Technical University Department of Industrial Engineering and completed her post graduate studies in the same university at the Department of Engineering Management.


Ali Rıza Aksoy, HR Director

Ali Rıza Aksoy joined Ford Otosan in 1996 as an Industrial Engineer. His responsibilities included manufacturing, industrial engineering, Ford production systems, total productive maintenance, and ISO 9000 and ISO 14001 projects as a Method Engineer.  At the end of 2001, he was transferred to the HR Department where he worked as a Manager in the HR Applications, Personnel Management and HR operations, and Labor Relations departments.  Following his assignment as the Industrial Relations & Manufacturing Human Resources Senior Manager, he was appointed as HR Director in 2018.  Mr. Aksoy graduated from İstanbul Technical University Industrial Engineering Department with an MsC degree in 1995, earned his Executive MBA degree from Koç University in 2017, and is currently continuing his PhD program.  He is married with 2 children.

Mehmet Çelikpençe, Academy Manager

Mehmet Çelikpençe has 15 years experience in human resources, career and performance, and training systems in management roles. After graduating with a degree in Computer and Educational Technologies with honors, he served as Netron Technology's E-Learning Team Leader and Department Manager. He is specialized in e-learning, training systems and internal marketing. He supported his work on XML, ASP.NET and Mobile Technologies on the website www.mobilnedir.com, where he was an editing manager. He has worked as a Training Consultant for the Turkish Football Federation, establishing learning management systems and creating effective contents. He has also worked for several banks as a Manager. Mehmet  completed his doctoral thesis on Islamic Economy and International Finance at the Social Sciences Institute, Istanbul Zaim University. He also trains trainers in various technical issues, and shares his experience of education technologies and training management systems know-how in conferences and presentations on every platform.

Emre was born in Istanbul, Turkey in 1983.  His work career began in 2005 at the Turkcell Academy, where he has managed and implemented many learning technology projects.  Later on, he continued his career at the Coca-Cola Bottling Company as Learning Technologies Manager.  He has been managing his company, Digitallica, since 2015.  He graduated from the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Labour Economics and Industrial Relations, at the University of Marmara.  After graduating from Labour Economics, he finished his higher education through a Human Resources Management Master’s program at the same university.
