Majid Albana was born in Depok, Indonesia in 1990. He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics Statistics from Pakuan University in 2013, and a Master’s Degree in Management in the Postgraduate Program at Mercu Buana University in 2016. Majid has worked at PT Kereta Api Indonesia since 2011 and was assigned to PT Kereta Commuter Indonesia as the Supervisor of the GCG Program where he is responsible for Operations, QA, and GCG Division.
Majid has specializations in Quality Management Systems, Risk Management, Risk Management and Compliance (GRC), Operational and Budget Planning. He has several national and international certifications such as ISO Lead Auditor and others.

Dr. Mohamed Albeshr, Associate Professor

Prof. Mohamed Albeshr has been a Major at Abu Dhabi Police GHQ since July 1999.  He is also Adjunct Associate Professor at the College of Security and Global Studies, part of The American University in the Emirates. His PhD is in General Management and Accounting from the University of Roma and he has a Master’s degree in General Management from the LUISS Guido Carli University, Italy. He was the first student from the UAE and Gulf Cooperation Council countries (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman) to study and graduate from Italy.  Mohamed joined Rabdan Academy in Abu Dhabi from Aug 2017 to Jul 2018 as an Adjunct Assistant Professor in the Department of Policing and Security. He also worked as a lecturer in the Department of Management and Law at the Università degli Studi di Roma in Italy–starting as teaching assistant, and later as Instructor–from Nov 2013 to Aug 2017. He has also been an Adjunct Professor at the College of Nationality Science, Emirates Academy for Identity and Citizenship in Abu Dhabi. Mohamed has published a scientific paper in the field of Terrorism and Security and Management and has participated in many scientific expert conferences.

Ceyla Durgun Akdağ is the Co-founder & Managing Partner of Feedback&Beyond, which is an HR consulting company focusing on employee experience. Through her work as an academic in the organizational behavior field, she was able to research deeply organizational behavior-related phenomena. Then she worked at one of the biggest holding companies in Turkey where she was responsible for designing and implementing talent acquisition and retention strategies across the group's companies. Now, working as a consultant enables her to integrate know-how and skills in different settings and to use it for the customers’ best interest. She is working at Feedback&Beyond as a consultant and writing her PhD thesis about employer branding.

Leveraging prior corporate, marketing and entrepreneurial expertise, Alyssa is an advisor at MIT’s Trust Center, a faculty member at Wharton’s Innovation Center, and the Chair for the ERG Leadership Alliance.

Ralitsa Gencheva spent 7 years at two of the biggest international corporations - KPMG and Citi Bank - where she experienced  corporate life first hand with all its ups and downs. Not long after, she started the first "Graduate Survey" project in Bulgaria, in order to help students and companies understand the gap between them. Just one year after joining To The Top, she was promoted to Employer Brand Services Director, responsible not only for the Graduate Survey, but all employer brand initiatives by the company. Ralitsa is the author of numerous Employer Brand Management publications, online and offline. She graduated from the University of Portsmouth in the UK, and is a member of the ACCA.

The last 8 years have been spent working as part of the senior leadership team at Benefex. As a frequent writer and speaker on employee experience and employee wellbeing, Gethin has been featured in The Guardian, The Huffington Post, and The Financial Times as well as major HR, Reward and Pensions publications. Gethin is also a regular speaker and a founding member of the Engage for Success Wellbeing Thought Action Group. He is listed by the Employee Engagement Awards as one of the world’s leading Employee Engagement Influencers and is listed on the Employee Engagement Powerlist

Özge Otmanboluk, Learning & Development Management Division Manager

Özge Otmanbölük graduated from Istanbul University's Faculty of Social Sciences with a Sociology degree. After receiving her master’s degree in labor economics from Istanbul University in 2007, Özge began working for QNB Finansbank as a Recruitment and Career Management Assistant Supervisor in the Human Resources Department. Between 2010 and 2013, she worked as an Organizational Development Supervisor and her umbrella has since grown to include such topics as career management, organizational development, leadership development, coaching, and culture transformation. In 2013, she was appointed Learning and Development Assistant Manager, and was responsible for supervising the team that design and implement programs for HQ and Branch departments. In 2015, she was promoted to Learning and Development Manager, and in 2019 to Division Manager. Her main responsibilities are to determine the strategies to increase performance, knowledge, and skills of the employees with the aim of supporting actualization of bank strategies and goals. Özge is a member of ATD and TEGEP (Learning and Development Association). In addition to this, she is a CTI Coach.
