The following professionals will judge entries in the New Product & Service and Solution Provider categories in 2017.

Asli has held leadership positions in HR and training management for over 15 years. In 2016, she was recognized with a Gold Stevie® Award for Learning or Training Professional of the Year in the Stevie® Awards for Great Employers, and with a Bronze Stevie® for Entrepreneur of the Year - Business Services with 10 or Fewer Employees in the Stevie® Awards for Women in Business.

In 2012, Asli founded the Kuzey Academy, providing services in training, consultancy, executive coaching, and awards consultancy. She is the first and only awards consultant specializing in HR expertise in Turkey. In addition to the Stevie® Awards, she has also been on judging committees for the Brandon Hall HCM Excellence Awards, and the TEGEP awards, the biggest HR & Training awards program in Turkey. Asli has been a guest speaker for keynote sessions all over the world.

Asli graduated from the psychology department of Bogazici University and has a Master’s Degree in clinical psychology. She also studied marriage, relationships, and couples therapy in the United States. She is also a published poet with her book “When You Are Gone.” Her second book is in the psychology field and is about to be published. In addition to her work for Kuzey Academy, Asli continues to provide individual and couples therapy. She lives in Istanbul and is a mother with two children.

Having studied sociology, MBA and musicology, Alimdar is the head of Tofaş Academy, responsible for an audience of 17,000 employees. He worked in call center, sales, marketing and HR functions for 20 years. He is also a trainer, facilitator, musician, archer, author, father and spouse.

Danielle Corradino, Director of Human Resources at The Corradino Group, Inc., is an accomplished professional with over 13 years of human resources experience in the private sector. Danielle is responsible for implementing human resource management strategies and organizational development at Corradino to retain a high-performing and motivated workforce. Danielle's expertise includes talent management, organizational development, compliance, and leadership and management coaching. Danielle has serves as the Communication Director on Human Resources Association of Broward County, Danielle holds a BA from Villanova University and a JD from Widener University.

Robyn Davis teaches professionals who exhibit at trade shows across North America how to make their participation even more worthwhile. To accomplish this, Robyn provides strategic training and consulting services to individual exhibitors (directly) and groups of exhibitors (through their event organizers). Robyn has been honored to be named to Connect Association's 2017 "40 Under 40" list and to speak at industry events like IMEX America, EXHIBITORLIVE, EventTech.

Pascal GrantPascal Grant, Director & Founder

Pascal is a highly experinced IT professional having worked for both leading technology providers and Australia's largest IT implementations. He has extensive experience in IT Cloud services/product management and is acutely aware of security and cyber threat issue when implementing Cloud based Business Applications and collaborative technologies. Pascal has also developed and successfully sold a start-up 'Learnware technologies' to Macromedia Inc in 1990s.  He has held senior management roles in leading IT vendor companies including Macromedia, Oracle, SAP and Intel. In his most recent roles, Pascal has managed IT infrastructure services at the CBA and Telstra.

Shadiya Mohamad BaqutayanShadiya Mohamed Baqutayan, Senior Lecturer

Shadiya is a psychologist, who currently working as a senior lecturer at University Technology Malaysia. She published more than 80 journals and proceeding in counseling, psychology, management, leadership, and public health; with citations of about 103 since 2011. She is well known in self-motivating, hardworking, excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills. In addition to that, she is very good in public relations, counseling and motivating others. She participated in the judging committee of Stevie® Awards since 2015.

Through her work ethic and desire to install in all employees an emphasis of a shared goal, she was rewarded with her promotion to Vice President of Ace Medical, LLC. In her new capacity, she is responsible for the strategic planning of Ace Medical, LLC working with the President, and the continued growth and expansion of the company.

Currently working as a part-time instructor at the Bahçeşehir University Institute of Science, TAS has been involved in IT projects in prestigious companies such as Turk.Net, Superonline, Goldas, Aramex and Hertz for around 20 years and has been in all the processes of software and data warehouse projects. Having served and still serving in the Air France KLM group for the last 8 years, TAS has helped KLM Royal Dutch Airlines with ground services data warehouse and many software projects of all scales he has developed. With Obasoft, where he is a founding partner, he is working on issues such as custom software development, consultancy and e-learning development.
